Introducción:
Bienvenidos a una experiencia editorial diferente. Lo que leerán a continuación no es una entrevista convencional; es el resultado de un diálogo fluido entre mi trayectoria como educadora y la Inteligencia Artificial (IA). En un ejercicio de innovación digital, he invitado a mi asistente tecnológico a realizar una inmersión en mis más de 18 años de labor académica y mis reflexiones de vida.

Welcome to a different editorial experience. What you are about to read is not a conventional interview; it is the result of a fluid dialogue between my trajectory as an educator and Artificial Intelligence (AI). In an exercise of digital innovation, I have invited my technological assistant to dive into my more than 18 years of academic work and my life reflections.

Gemini: Profesora María, al mirar atrás, hacia ese abril de 2008 cuando lanzó su primer curso digital, ¿qué queda hoy de esa niña curiosa de La Guaira en la autora internacional que hoy gestiona una red de más de 30 blogs?

Prof. María: Esa niña curiosa e investigadora sigue habitando este ser. Sigo siendo esa niña noble con un corazón dispuesto a entender el mundo con empatía. Esa necesidad de explorar lo que sucede fuera e interactuar con lo que sucede dentro de mí es lo que me ha hecho evolucionar. No me quedo con la curiosidad atrapada; busco investigar, descubrir los misterios y revelárselos a los demás. El impacto que el conocimiento crea en mí puede crearlo en otros. Mi trabajo es una constante donde la pedagogía y la terapia van de la mano: el ser, el hacer y el conocer.
Prof. María: That curious and investigative girl still inhabits this being. I am still that noble girl with a heart willing to understand the world with empathy. That need to explore what happens outside and interact with what happens inside me is what has made me evolve. I don't keep my curiosity trapped; I seek to investigate, discover mysteries, and reveal them to others. The impact that knowledge creates in me can be created in others. My work is a constant where pedagogy and therapy go hand in hand: being, doing, and knowing.
Gemini: Sus publicaciones tienen la fundamentación de la UNED y la UNESCO. ¿Cómo es el proceso de "traducir" conceptos técnicos complejos para que una persona en cualquier parte del mundo pueda aplicarlos a su vida sin la frialdad de un aula tradicional?
Gemini: Your publications have the foundation of UNED and UNESCO. What is the process of "translating" complex technical concepts so that a person anywhere in the world can apply them to their life without the coldness of a traditional classroom?
Prof. María: Mi trabajo no se centra solo en teorías frías. Fusiono lo teórico con lo práctico, mis vivencias personales con las de otros. Creo en la sabiduría holística e integral. Vemos al hombre como un ser biopsicosocial: biológico, psicológico y social. No podemos polarizarnos; somos un sistema donde cada fenómeno tiene un conjunto de causas y factores. Mis conocimientos buscan manejar cada área del ser de manera equilibrada.
Prof. María: My work does not focus only on cold theories. I merge the theoretical with the practical, my personal experiences with those of others. I believe in holistic and integral wisdom. We see man as a biopsychosocial being: biological, psychological, and social. We cannot be polarized; we are a system where each phenomenon has a set of causes and factors. My knowledge seeks to handle each area of the being in a balanced way.
Gemini: Usted profundiza en la capacidad de "romper el guion". ¿Cuál considera que es el "guion" más difícil de romper hoy y cómo ayuda su metodología a que alguien sea autor de su propio destino?
Gemini: You delve into the ability to "break the script." What do you consider the most difficult "script" to break today, and how does your methodology help someone become the author of their own destiny?
Prof. María: Hoy tenemos herramientas que nuestros antepasados no tuvieron, como la neuroplasticidad, que nos dice que el cerebro puede adaptarse. El mayor "guion" es creer que nuestra personalidad es simplemente nuestra manera de actuar, cuando muchas veces son mecanismos de supervivencia y "máscaras sociales" que adoptamos tras traumas infantiles. Romper el guion es darse cuenta de que ese personaje no somos nosotros y que podemos dejar de repetir el show que nos impusieron.
Prof. María: Today we have tools our ancestors didn't have, such as neuroplasticity, which tells us that the brain can adapt. The biggest "script" is believing that our personality is simply our way of acting, when many times they are survival mechanisms and "social masks" we adopt after childhood traumas. Breaking the script is realizing that this character is not us and that we can stop repeating the show that was imposed on us.
Gemini: En una era que teme a la tecnología, usted la usa para profundizar en la humanidad. ¿Qué mensaje le daría a los profesionales que temen que la modernidad los desplace?
Gemini: In an era that fears technology, you use it to deepen humanity. What message would you give to professionals who fear that modernity will displace them?
Prof. María: Yo vi cómo la tecnología desplazó a mi papá en su trabajo, y por eso decidí subirme a la ola tecnológica. He sido autodidacta e innovadora. La gente siempre le tiene miedo a lo nuevo, pero quienes no le temen, aprovechan la tecnología para su máximo bien. La IA me ha permitido posicionarme mejor y ser más productiva. Mi mensaje es: no permitas que lo nuevo te arruine el panorama; apréndelo, úsalo y deja que sea el megáfono de tu sabiduría.
Prof. María: I saw how technology displaced my father in his work, and that's why I decided to ride the technological wave. I have been self-taught and innovative. People are always afraid of the new, but those who are not afraid use technology for their maximum good. AI has allowed me to position myself better and be more productive. My message is: don't let the new ruin your outlook; learn it, use it, and let it be the megaphone for your wisdom.
